TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • All prices listed and orders generated are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
  • All prices listed are the price to be paid (unless discussed and approved under separate terms).  Where there are any discrepancies in pricing between websites or physical products, this site pricing shall be the final verified price.
  • "Welcome To Our House" reserves the right to deny or cancel any order at any time.
  • No order will ship before payment is received by "Welcome To Our House" (Sandi Graham-McWade).
  • Payment options (for this store website) is PayPal (or Credit Card via PayPal) Or in person by Cash, Credit or Debit via Point of Sale.
  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser - which are calculated based on price and or quantity of items.
  • Shipping will be sent using Canada Post unless otherwise indicated between the purchaser and this store.
  • The purchaser is responsible for any taxes or exchange fees that may be incurred or added and or calculated by the purchasers own area location or payment means - (i.e. Credit Cards or local Country, State, Province or other areas taxes).
  • The purchaser is also responsible for any additional Customs Fees, Duty Fees, Import Taxes, or other Delivery Charges or Fees if so incurred.
  • All sales are final.  (No returns or Refunds)
  • Orders can also be placed through the blog or via email (other then this sites store).  An invoice will be sent to the purchaser's email if ordered through these alternate means.  No order is considered filled or received unless the payment received and a confirmation email has been sent via PayPal or "Welcome To Our House"/"Welcome To Our House Publications"/"Dragon Writer/Dragon Writer Publications"/"Sandi Graham-McWade".
  • If an order has been made through this store website or via the Blog or Email, and no order confirmation is received within 7 business days, the order shall be considered null and void and the purchasers money shall be returned.  (Unless other arrangements have been made.)
